Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will involve working with a diverse clientele encompassing adults who may experience a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. As a vital member of our clinical team, you will be instrumental in supporting individuals through their unique mental health journeys, enabling personal growth and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A master’s degree or higher in relevant disciplines such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage, and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

• Manifest empathy and a non-judgmental attitude while assisting clients in their healing process.
\n
• Exhibit excellent organizational abilities and time-management skills to manage caseloads efficiently.
\n
• A clean disciplinary history with the licensing board is necessary.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and a high comfort level with providing virtual counseling services.

• Previous experience working in a community health setting.
\n
• Familiarity with a range of therapeutic techniques and methodologies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based interventions.

• Compensation in the range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually , dependent on experience and caseload.
