Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' specific mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with established therapeutic goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services through remote modalities, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic approaches suited to client needs.

• Engage in regular consultations with case managers and psychiatrists to ensure an integrated approach to client care, optimizing treatment outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring they receive timely and effective assistance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve collaborating with a diverse range of clients, including individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and age backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and develop strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated cultural competence, sensitivity, and an ability to work effectively with a wide variety of backgrounds.
