Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, using standardized diagnostic tools when appropriate.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate best practices and evidence-based treatment modalities suited to each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families, employing a range of approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based methods.

• Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and interdisciplinary team members to facilitate coordinated care that addresses the holistic needs of clients.

• Respond effectively to crisis situations, providing immediate support and intervention to clients facing acute mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
