Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing therapists the flexibility to work from home while remaining deeply connected to a collaborative team culture. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on the needs of our patients. You will work with a diverse clientele, facilitating meaningful conversations and providing impactful interventions from the comfort of your chosen workspace.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to holistically understand the needs and challenges faced by patients.

• Develop, implement, and manage personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate virtual support and psychoeducational groups, offering clients a space for shared experiences and growth.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive continuum of care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention services, demonstrating calm and effective support during mental health emergencies.

• Offer educational resources about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and community support services, empowering clients to navigate their challenges.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Active and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW is essential for this role.

• Demonstrable knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and the methodologies associated with advanced therapeutic practices.

• Strong ability to perform comprehensive mental health assessments and craft effective treatment strategies.

• Previous experience in providing both individual and group therapy to a varied population base is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
