Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain positive therapeutic relationships with a diverse clientele, instilling trust and openness.

• Diagnose a range of mental health disorders using comprehensive assessment tools and techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied patient population experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and family issues. Qualifications\n

• Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Washington is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is mandatory.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy is essential, with familiarity in telehealth platforms a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
