Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and mental health needs, creating individualized treatment plans that are actionable and measurable.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing skillful modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other tailored approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.

Compensation and Benefits\n
