Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient's individual trauma history, ensuring accurate identification of appropriate therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals who have experienced trauma, including but not limited to those suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Understanding the complexities and nuances of each patient's background, you will play an instrumental role in their healing journey, tailoring your therapeutic strategies to meet their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• A current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Two years of post-licensure experience in mental health practice, particularly with trauma victims.
