Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to ascertain clients' mental health needs, employing diagnostic tools and assessments to ensure comprehensive care.

• Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapies to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction, tailoring techniques to fit the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, including psychoeducational and support groups, to foster a sense of community among participants and to address common issues effectively.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate patient goals, intervention strategies, and measurable outcomes, adjusting as necessary based on progress.

• Manage crisis situations proactively by providing immediate support, assessing risk factors, and coordinating with emergency services to ensure client safety.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
