Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Offer individual, group, and family therapy using a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), ensuring alignment with each client's goals.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health challenges, utilizing your skills to de-escalate situations and connect clients with appropriate resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals—to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for each client.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
