Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Tiny Steps Development, you will:

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to discuss progress, address challenges, and outline upcoming appointments, focusing on discharge when appropriate.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress notes, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• Conduct detailed intake assessments aimed at gathering comprehensive background information to inform treatment strategies.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, providing support and guidance tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Engage in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure the highest standard of care.

Qualifications\n
