Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs, strengths, and goals, and utilize this information to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy effectively during therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions to enhance community engagement and address shared mental health concerns, fostering a sense of belonging among clients.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, employing sound judgment and professionalism.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources that may assist in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in respect to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.

Qualifications\n
