Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMHC at Tiny Steps, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining a personalized caseload of clients, building strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics.

• Conducting regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, discuss stability, and facilitate transitions to discharge when appropriate.

• Creating, implementing, and assessing individual treatment plans aimed at addressing the unique needs of each client.

• Documenting all client interactions meticulously, ensuring up-to-date progress notes that reflect their therapeutic journey.

• Administering comprehensive intake assessments to accurately gauge clients' initial needs and concerns.

• Providing individual therapy sessions weekly, focusing on evidence-based techniques and strategies.

• Participating in ongoing individual supervision sessions, fostering professional development and peer support.
