Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing positive rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to foster therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular follow-up meetings with clients to review their progress, discuss stability, outline upcoming appointments, and determine appropriate discharge when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that are centered on the clients' specific goals and needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes for every client, in adherence to legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and determine the best course of treatment.

• Hold individual therapy sessions weekly to support and guide clients in their journey of healing and personal growth.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback on case management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work with a diverse population that may include children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in mental health counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida.

• A minimum of one year of experience in dealing with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
