Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments by meeting with clients to determine the root causes of their mental health concerns and establishing treatment goals.

• Develop and implement personalized counseling strategies, continuously adjusting these plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Stay informed of the latest counseling methodologies, evidence-based practices, and therapeutic interventions to provide clients with the highest standard of care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and refer clients to other specialists when necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

• Display a warm and empathetic demeanor, engaging clients with active listening and support throughout the therapy process.

• Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional financial incentives include monthly productivity bonuses and a signing bonus upon hiring.
