Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial intake assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ psychosocial, emotional, and developmental needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their circumstances.

• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to address emotional and relational issues, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to each patient's unique situation.

• Develop and regularly update individualized treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals, employing current best practices and adjusting strategies based on client progress.

• Perform crisis evaluations for clients experiencing moderate to severe emotional distress, facilitating immediate support and connecting them with appropriate resources.

• Engage in continuous documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress while maintaining strict confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.

• Participate in safety programs and potentially take part in emergency response team assignments, contributing to a culture of safety and preparedness within the organization.

Qualifications\n

BlueHeal offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
