Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to address a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and life transitions.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in accordance with organizational guidelines and state regulations, ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner.

• Engage families and loved ones in the therapeutic process to foster a supportive environment for clients.

• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client, utilizing therapeutic modalities that align with best practices.

• Provide crisis intervention and advocacy for clients facing immediate and severe challenges.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community organizations to facilitate referrals and provide comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Insight Behavioral Health offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
