Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and assessments to establish baseline client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in distress, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.

• Facilitate family and group therapy sessions, focusing on enhancing communication and relationships among family members.
\n
• Collaborate with Reentry Social Workers and treatment teams for appropriate discharge planning and follow-up care.
\n
• Complete timely documentation and statistical reports to meet regulatory requirements and contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts.

• Engage in clinical supervision sessions with the Clinical Supervisor at least once a week to enhance your skills and professional development.

• Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary treatment planning, working closely with other therapists and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Occasionally conduct psychological testing as required, helping to inform treatment strategies.

• Mentor and supervise social work interns or students, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
