Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Evaluate client needs through comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals.

• Implement a wide variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and family systems therapy to support clients in achieving transformative outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members, including social workers, psychiatrists, and support staff, to create an integrated approach to client care.

• Maintain precise documentation of therapy sessions and client progress in compliance with medical record-keeping standards.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, equipped to handle urgent client needs with professionalism and sensitivity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clients will be individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, each presenting with unique emotional and psychological challenges. You will work with clients experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
