Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LMFT at Harmony Family Services, you will work with a diverse population that includes individuals, couples, and families facing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and trauma. Your expertise in marriage and family therapy will be essential in addressing systemic issues and fostering healthier relational dynamics, ultimately empowering clients to achieve their mental health goals.

  • Current and valid LMFT license to practice in New York.

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

  • Strong therapeutic abilities with a focus on motivating and inspiring clients to engage in their own healing processes.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, additional specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is highly valued. Familiarity with various therapeutic methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or family systems therapy, will help enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
