Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship conflicts, providing therapeutic support tailored to their unique needs.

• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that reflect the client’s values, goals, and personal circumstances while remaining adaptable to their needs as therapy progresses.

• Create a trusting and cooperative atmosphere for clients, ensuring confidentiality and respect in all interactions.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapeutic interventions and client progress, enabling ongoing assessment of treatment efficacy and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, psychologists, and case managers, to provide integrated support and ensure holistic care for all clients.

• Respond promptly to clients in crisis, providing immediate support and intervention as necessary to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Continuously pursue professional development in areas of special interest, such as couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or adolescent mental health, enhancing your skill set and service offerings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse client base, comprising individuals, couples, and families who are seeking therapy for various issues such as relationship difficulties, trauma recovery, stress management, and life transitions. The therapy environment prioritizes inclusivity, allowing clients from all backgrounds to feel comfortable and understood while receiving support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current licensure to practice as an LMFT in the state of Massachusetts.

• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a proven ability to develop effective treatment plans.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients empathetically and create a therapeutic alliance.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record systems for documentation and tracking client progress.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in a similar role, with a focus on providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Experience working within an outpatient setting and familiarity with integrated care models is a plus.

• Training in various therapeutic modalities (e.g., solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, etc.) that align with our practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
