Key Responsibilities\n

• Client Evaluation: Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' mental health issues through interviews and other assessment tools, identifying their specific needs and challenges.

• Teletherapy Services: Deliver therapy through virtual sessions, utilizing technology effectively to engage with clients who may have mobility or transportation difficulties.

• Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions and client progress, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality.

• Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning experiences to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about emerging trends in therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals from various cultural backgrounds, age groups, and socioeconomic statuses. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related field is required.

• Licensing: A valid and current license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Massachusetts is necessary, or eligibility for licensure if currently licensed in another state.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 yearly , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
