Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and identify strengths and available support systems.

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to facilitate healing and personal development.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, to address specific client issues.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans with clear goals and actionable steps, ensuring tailored interventions.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate seamless care for clients.

• Participate in regular team meetings to refine treatment strategies and share best practices.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and develop safety plans as needed for clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
