Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the needs of clients.

• Implementing therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Developing and executing personalized treatment plans with clear and measurable goals for clients.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.

• Participating actively in team meetings to discuss treatment progress and strategies for ongoing client engagement.

• Providing crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments, and developing safety plans for clients when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals, couples, and families experiencing emotional and psychological difficulties. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, along with a valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to professional development are essential attributes for success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
