Work Environment\n

This position operates within the framework of a community health clinic setting, but offers the flexibility of remote work. Our full-time schedule runs from Monday to Friday, and you’ll typically work from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for clients, utilizing standard screening tools to identify needs and create individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver psychotherapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring coordinated care through regular case consultations and communication with psychiatrists and other specialists.

• Document clinical interactions meticulously in electronic health records (EHR), maintaining compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous education by participating in clinical training sessions, workshops, and team discussions to stay updated on best practices and emerging therapeutic techniques.

• Provide support and guidance for clients navigating transitions, coping with crises, and celebrating milestones in their therapeutic journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT in our outpatient program, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

Center Field Counseling offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and client load.
