Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' presenting issues and history.

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base that encompasses various demographics and presents a wide range of mental health concerns. Your role will involve facilitating psychoeducational workshops and providing relationship counseling to both individuals and families. Through your expertise and sensitivity, you will empower clients to achieve their mental health goals and enhance their interpersonal relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or closely related field is required.

• A current and valid MFT license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Certification in one or more recognized treatment modalities is preferred.

• At least one year of post-licensure clinical experience dealing with family dynamics and relationship issues.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of one year of post-licensure clinical experience is required, we value applicants who have opportunities to work with diverse populations and have familiarity with various therapeutic approaches. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with the potential for a sign-on bonus.
