Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a crucial role in our therapeutic team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Assessing clients’ needs, developing treatment plans, and documenting progress in line with best practices.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary staff to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including case consultations.

• Handling various familial and relationship issues, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol Abuse

• Physical and Psychological Abuse
\n
• Grief and Loss
\n
• Family Conflicts, including communication difficulties

• Adjustments to Separation and Divorce
\n
• Stress related to medical and job issues
\n
• Challenges within blended families
\n
\n
• Facilitating workshops or group therapy sessions that aim to educate and empower clients in managing their mental health effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will serve a diverse clientele, ranging from adults to children and adolescents. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Texas.

Preferred Experience\n

While recently licensed candidates are encouraged to apply, candidates with established practice experience are highly desired. Familiarity with teletherapy practices and proficiency in using digital health technologies will be beneficial. A flexible availability of at least 30 hours per week is required to meet client demand effectively.
