Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' needs through therapy sessions, including working with couples and individual family members.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices tailored to each family's unique circumstances.

• Providing therapeutic interventions and counseling to address a range of issues including family dynamics, conflict resolution, grief and loss, and adjusting to separation or divorce.

• Facilitating family therapy sessions that engage all members to enhance communication and foster understanding.
\n
• Monitoring clients’ progress and adjusting treatment strategies collaboratively to optimize outcomes.
\n
• Documenting session notes, treatment plans, and client progress in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work directly with a diverse array of clients, ranging from couples seeking to improve their relationships to individuals dealing with complex family issues. Your expertise will support clients experiencing:

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
