Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions for couples and families.
\n
• Facilitate both joint sessions with couples and individual sessions to address specific issues affecting different family members.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to address a variety of issues, including but not limited to family conflicts, grief and loss, job stress, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed while documenting each session efficiently and accurately using digital tools.
\n
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
\n
• Engage in professional development opportunities, including training and peer supervision, to enhance your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with diverse populations, including adults, children, and adolescents, addressing a wide range of psychological challenges. Your experience will help guide clients through complex situations such as separation and divorce, blended family dynamics, and various forms of abuse. You will foster an environment where clients feel safe to share their experiences and work towards healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
