Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be an integral part of our therapeutic team, supporting clients through various issues affecting their mental health and family dynamics. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting therapeutic sessions with couples and families, providing a safe space for open dialogue and conflict resolution.

• Working individually with clients to address personal challenges and support their growth.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to tackle issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, communication difficulties, and family conflicts.

• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that promote positive outcomes and foster resilience.

• Documenting session notes and treatment progress accurately in our electronic health record system to ensure continuity of care.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic support for clients dealing with intertwined mental and physical health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
