This position is predominantly remote, providing flexibility for both our team members and clients. However, therapists will occasionally have the option to see patients in our modern outpatient office in Plano. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our center, you will:

• Conduct intake assessments to determine the therapeutic needs of individuals and families.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions for couples, including addressing conflicts and communication issues.

• Provide individual therapy for family members, assisting them in coping with challenges such as:

• Psychological and physical abuse

• Loss and grief

• Job-related stress
\n
• Adjustments to separation and divorce, including blended family dynamics

• Family member cut-offs and conflicts
\n
• Mother-daughter relational difficulties

• Communication barriers

• Implement evidence-based therapies and interventions tailored to the unique dynamics of each family.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families facing a variety of mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
