Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for couples and families.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with both couples together and individuals separately to address unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a range of issues, including alcohol abuse, psychological abuse, grief and loss, job-related stress, and communication difficulties.

• Nurture a safe and welcoming environment to foster open dialogue and trust among clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting progress and treatment outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the organization to provide holistic care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing therapeutic support to a diverse client base, including both adults and children/adolescents. You will work with families facing various challenges, such as:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
