Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for couples, families, and individuals.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and families, while also providing individual sessions as needed.
\n
• Addressing a range of clinical issues, including but not limited to, alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflict, communication difficulties, and effects of separation or divorce.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies tailored to each patient’s needs.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans.
\n
• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and ensure holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work extensively with diverse populations, focusing on adults, children, and adolescents in various settings. Your expertise will assist individuals navigating personal challenges, family dynamics, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
