Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to develop tailored treatment plans for each client, integrating their personal histories and needs.

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused interventions.

• Coordinate with other mental health professionals, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LMFT license in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year.
