You will operate in an outpatient office setting during scheduled client hours, where you will manage your own caseload of clients from the comfort of your home or remote office. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments for individuals, couples, and families, systematically gathering information to craft tailored treatment plans that address their unique circumstances.

• Deliver effective individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Work collaboratively with our team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists, to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client treatment plans, progress notes, and session summaries in compliance with organizational policies and HIPAA guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and training initiatives to refine your therapeutic skills and stay informed of best practices and industry trends.

• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in client interactions and record-keeping, ensuring trust and safety in the therapeutic relationship.

The LMFT will primarily work with diverse populations seeking support for various relational issues, mental health challenges, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n
