Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive mental health services including individual, couples, and family therapy to clients through virtual platforms.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop customized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.

• Implement treatment plans and therapeutic interventions, utilizing your knowledge of third-wave therapies and other innovative modalities.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, sharing insights and discussing treatment strategies to enhance patient outcomes.

• Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary based on feedback and clinical assessments.

• Offer guidance and support to families, equipping them with the skills and resources needed to foster their children's emotional and developmental well-being.

• Utilize behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors while promoting positive change within the client’s environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work at Inner Peace Psychotherapy will involve engaging with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. You will be responsible for addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and family dynamics, creating a tailored therapeutic experience that meets the unique needs of each client. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• An active and valid LMFT license in the state of California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
