Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will:

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients by establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, and facilitate discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans, ensuring they are trauma-informed and centered around the client's unique needs.

• Document client interactions in a timely and thorough manner, maintaining accurate progress notes and treatment records for compliance and quality assurance.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine the appropriate therapeutic interventions for new clients.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, aiming for a minimum of several sessions each week based on client needs.

• Engage in regular individual supervision to discuss cases and refine clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

Applicants for the Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor position must meet the following qualifications:

• Valid and unrestricted LPCC license, with current active status.

• A minimum of three years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Direct experience in providing psychotherapy services to both individuals and families.

• Ability to conduct intake assessments with confidence and skill.

Preferred Experience\n

While the above qualifications are essential, we prefer candidates who possess additional experience in specialized therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care. Experience in telehealth practices is also highly valued.
