Work Environment\n

This position offers a flexible remote work setting, catering to the needs of both our therapists and clients. You will engage with clients primarily through teletherapy, allowing for a comfortable and accessible therapeutic experience. Additionally, our outpatient office is well-equipped for in-person sessions should that be required. Our work hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, providing a supportive work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of patients' needs, goals, and circumstances.

• Provide regular counseling sessions, adapting treatment approaches as necessary to meet the evolving needs of each patient.

• Conduct ongoing evaluations of patient progress and adjust therapy methods to ensure effective treatment.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, helping clients to articulate their feelings and experiences.

• Refer clients to additional resources or specialists when necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals and families from various backgrounds and experiences. Our clients often seek therapy for issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, trauma, and substance use disorders. By providing tailored therapeutic support, you will have a direct impact on their mental well-being and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
