Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and providing therapeutic interventions for individuals and families facing various challenges. Daily tasks may include:

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples, as well as individual therapy sessions for each partner.
\n
• Developing tailored treatment plans to address unique family dynamics and mental health issues.
\n
• Providing support for clients struggling with alcohol abuse, grief, conflicts among family members, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients adjust to life transitions such as divorce or separation.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers, such as psychologists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care.
\n
• Documenting patient progress and adapting treatment plans based on patient feedback and clinical outcomes.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of client demographics including adults, adolescents, and children. Your expertise will be pivotal in addressing challenges such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse.
\n
• Family conflicts and sibling rivalry.
\n
• Adjustment disorders related to significant life events, including separation and divorce.
\n
• Medical issues impacting mental health and well-being.
\n
• Communication struggles within families, including mother-daughter conflicts.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidates should hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field, along with a current active license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers competitive compensation, with an annual salary range of $75,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also provide:
