Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' biopsychosocial needs, creating individualized treatment plans based on their specific requirements and goals.

• Facilitate various forms of psychotherapy, including individual, family, couple, and group therapy sessions, adapting interventions based on clinical assessments.

• Serve as a primary therapist or co-therapist in group therapy settings, actively fostering a therapeutic environment for participants.

• Perform crisis assessment and intervention alongside outpatient and inpatient teams, responding promptly to patient needs during emergencies.

• Collaborate with the psychiatry team and other relevant personnel in program planning and the ongoing development of interventions aimed at improving patient care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 105,000 annually, reflecting the candidate's experience and qualifications.
