Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients while building rapport and positive therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, discussing challenges and milestones, and planning for discharge as needed.

• Design and implement highly individualized treatment plans in collaboration with each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes, treatment updates, and assessments.

• Perform intake assessments for new clients to understand their history and formulate appropriate care plans.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions, providing and receiving constructive feedback to enhance professional growth.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 65,000 to 80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
