Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of clients, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all clients, integrating various professional perspectives.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, conferences, and workshops to stay current with mental health research and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCPC, you will engage with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing trauma, addiction, family conflicts, and various mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly within clinical settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
