Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a diverse caseload of clients, establishing positive working relationships founded on respect, empathy, and professional ethics.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress and mental health, while guiding them through their treatment journey.

• Develop comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

• Keep detailed and accurate documentation of each client’s treatment process and progress through timely progress notes.
\n
• Perform in-depth intake assessments to understand each client's history, concerns, and therapy goals.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions at least once a week, adapting your therapeutic approaches to fit each client’s needs.

• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills and approach.
\n
• Collaborate regularly with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care that addresses all facets of client health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population ranging from children to adults, many of whom face various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. Your role is crucial in fostering a supportive environment that enables clients to achieve emotional healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Valid and active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credentials in the state of Illinois, allowing for unrestricted and independent practice.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating proficiency in managing a caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

• Direct experience providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Comfort with performing intake assessments and utilizing electronic medical record systems for documentation (familiarity with Excel, RMS systems, and other client management tools).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, based on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model ensures you are compensated promptly and efficiently, with guaranteed rates paid in advance of your collections. Additional benefits include:
