Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapeutic interventions and conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and treatment needs.

• Employ a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques , including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy, to facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Deliver therapy to diverse groups, including individuals, couples, and families, adapting methodologies to cater to their unique needs.

• Maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, while documenting treatment progress and modifications in therapy plans.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training workshops to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practice and research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including those facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relational difficulties. Our approach emphasizes creating a supportive environment that empowers clients to discuss sensitive topics openly, ultimately leading to better treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience , ideally within a clinical or community health context.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is strongly preferred.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote care methodologies will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
