Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health statuses, including the documentation of client histories.

• Develop, implement, and periodically review individualized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of each client.

• Provide daily therapy sessions for youth and adults, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Administer group and individual counseling aimed at addressing client challenges such as anxiety, depression, and substance abuse.

• Supervise therapeutic activities, ensuring they are aligned with treatment goals and provide proper support.

• Create and maintain accurate intake records and treatment documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse client population, including youth and adults facing various issues—such as depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and substance use disorders. Your interventions will directly impact their mental health journeys, providing essential support in overcoming these challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid and active LPC license in New Jersey, with at least 5 years of practical counseling experience.

• Expert knowledge of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, coupled with the ability to design treatment strategies across a spectrum of mental health conditions.

• Strong interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n
