Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, fostering rapport and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to ethical standards.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients, assessing their progress and stability, and preparing them for subsequent appointments or discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans focused on each client's unique needs and goals.

• Document all client interactions, maintaining up-to-date progress notes and ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.

• Conduct intake assessments to determine client needs and appropriateness for services.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to ensure continuous professional development and high-quality service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Elmira Counseling Services, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a wide array of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Current, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Elmira Counseling Services, we value the contributions of our clinicians and offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation structures include a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates paid in advance of collections. We also offer bonus opportunities to reward exceptional performance.
