Key Responsibilities\n

• Client Caseload Management: You will maintain a caseload of clients, developing and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships built on trust and professional ethics.

• Regular Progress Reviews: Schedule and conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, and determine appropriate measures for discharge.

• Treatment Plan Development: Collaborate with clients to create person-centered treatment plans, implementing and monitoring these plans to align with their evolving needs.

• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation and progress notes for each client, adhering to legal and ethical standards in mental health care.

• Intake Assessments: Conduct intake assessments to identify client needs and formulate initial treatment strategies.

• Individual Therapy Sessions: Deliver individual therapy sessions to clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies.

• Supervision Participation: Engage in individual supervision to support your professional development and reflect on your clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Omnicare, you will work with a diverse population, including adults, children, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• A current, unrestricted, independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

• Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting after graduation.

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarization with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is essential.

• Comfortable with conducting intake assessments effectively.

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, structured on a fee-for-service model. Our compensation package includes:
