Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand each client’s unique mental health needs, concerns, and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions to clients addressing a variety of mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions, focusing on improving relationship dynamics, resolving communication barriers, and navigating family conflicts.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored specifically to each client’s requirements, setting measurable objectives and targeted interventions.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support services to clients in distress, ensuring timely and effective assistance.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, teaching effective coping strategies and outlining community resources for additional support.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome metrics, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Follow ethical principles and legal regulations that govern counseling practices, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied outpatient population, including adults, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds. Clients often present with issues encompassing anxiety disorders, mood disorders, relationship challenges, trauma, and stress-related conditions. Your expertise will be vital as you tailor your therapeutic approaches to meet the unique cultural and personal experiences of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

St. Claire Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package is structured around a Fee-for-Service model, providing guaranteed rates that assure timely payments in advance of collections. Additional benefits include:
