Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to grasp the mental health needs of clients, enabling tailored treatment approaches.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions for individuals experiencing diverse mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress disorders.

• Lead therapy sessions for couples and families, assisting them in navigating relationship dynamics and resolving conflicts.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ unique requirements, clearly defining therapeutic goals and interventions.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health challenges.

• Educate clients and their families about various mental health conditions, available resources, and effective coping strategies.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package with an annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, reflective of experience and qualifications.
