Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active caseload of clients, fostering strong therapeutic relationships founded on professional ethics and confidentiality.

• Conduct regular client sessions to assess progress, address challenges, and make informed decisions regarding discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop tailored, person-centered treatment plans, ensuring they are continuously monitored and adjusted to meet the evolving needs of clients.

• Accurately document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational protocols and HIPAA regulations.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and establish appropriate service plans.

• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions, ensuring a structured therapeutic framework that addresses clients’ goals.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and training sessions to continually enhance your counseling skills and knowledge base.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A minimum of three years of relevant post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
\n
• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to a varied clientele.
\n
• Comfort and competence in conducting intake assessments with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Experience\n
