Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions via telehealth platforms, addressing a variety of emotional and mental health concerns by utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and goals, taking into account their backgrounds, personal experiences, and aspirations.

• Offer ongoing support and motivation to help clients navigate their mental health challenges, facilitating empowerment and skills development that fosters self-efficacy.

• Collaborate regularly with other healthcare professionals (e.g., psychiatrists, social workers) to ensure comprehensive and holistic care tailored to meet clients' specific requirements.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring clients’ sensitive information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and respect.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
